What you're buying. A digital PDF guide with county-specific information about changing your name — office addresses, hours, fees, forms and the order to do things in.

This is not legal advice. MyNewNameGuide is an information product. We are not a law firm and we are not your attorney. Government fees, forms, office hours and procedures change without notice. Always confirm details with the office before you travel or file.

Delivery. Guides for counties we have already built are emailed within minutes. For a county we haven't built yet, we research it and email your guide within one business day, and you are told this before you pay.

Accuracy. We verify every county's details against official sources and correct errors promptly. If you find something wrong, email us and we will fix it and refund you.

Your use. The guide is for your personal use. Please don't resell or redistribute it.
