Privacy Policy

MyNewNameGuide is run by a single founder in Texas. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect. Your name and email address so we can send you the guide or checklist you asked for, and the state and county you select so we know which offices, fees and forms apply to you. We do not ask for your street address or your phone number. If you buy, Stripe processes your payment — we never see or store your card number.

What we do with it. We use your email to deliver what you requested and, if you opted in, to send occasional name-change tips and product updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

What we don't do. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not mail anything to a physical address.

Processors we use. Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), Klaviyo (email list), Render (hosting), Google Analytics (anonymous traffic measurement). Each holds only what it needs.

Your choices. Email guides@mynewnameguide.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and we will action it within 30 days.
