Refund Policy

Full refund, 30 days, no argument. If the guide isn't useful to you — for any reason, or no reason — email guides@mynewnameguide.com within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full. You don't need to explain and you don't need to return anything.

If something is wrong in your guide — a fee that's out of date, an office that has moved — tell us. We refund you and correct the guide for everyone.

If your guide never arrived, check your spam and promotions folders first, then email us and we will resend it immediately or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
